Alissa Thompson - Founder

Worship Refinery is a Southern California–based ministry devoted to cultivating and refining Biblical worship as we exalt Jesus Christ in our local churches.

Founded by Alissa Thompson, Worship Refinery partners with small and growing churches to train, mentor, and equip worship teams—helping them pursue both spiritual depth and musical excellence in their leadership.

In addition to coaching and development, Worship Refinery teams are available to serve and support your ministry at church services, retreats, special events, memorial services, and more—bringing thoughtful, Christ-centered worship to every gathering.
